Delivery charges quoted are to mainland UK. Overseas customers please enquire about delivery costs & times.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card.

Orders placed before 15.00 Monday to Friday will normally be despatched that day unless exceptional circumstances or peak volumes make this unachievable when the deadline may be bought forward by up to 2 hours. Orders received after this time, and during Saturday & Sunday will be despatched the next working day, however we make no guarantees with regard to delivery times.

All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you.

If goods are lost, damaged or faulty please notify us in writing within 7 days. Do not return goods until we have authorised the return. we will replace goods received damaged or faulty.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. You must bear the cost of returning the goods which must be in perfect condition when received by us.

We are unable to refund special orders and clearance lines.

In the absence of negligence on our part we will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains access to data you provide when ordering or accessing our website.

Data collected by us in the course of business will not be rented, sold or otherwise made available to a third party.

We do not send out unsolicited marketing material.
